Terms and Conditions

The legal bits-

We are The Beauty Room, registered business in Wales. When you shop with us these terms apply. They are important to both of us as they set out what we expect from each other. 

About you-

-To shop with us you need to be at least 16 years old.

-Have a payment method that we accept.

-Be authorised to use that payment method (eg. card must be in your own name)

Placing an order- 

When you place an order a confirmation email will be sent out to you as receipt of your order. Once orders are placed they are unable to be cancelled or amended. 

Prices and descriptions-

-If you require more information about a product please contact us and we will be happy to help. 

-Prices include VAT where applicable. 

Delivery-

We reserve the right to cancel any orders coming from outside mainland UK. 

Please refer to delivery information at the bottom of the homepage for delivery information. 

Returns and refunds-

Returns are available for lashes and tweezers within 10 days of you receiving your items. Please contact us for return details. A refund will be processed when we have received the items back. When returning items we strongly recommend that you get proof of postage. Returns and refunds are not accepted on Lash Shampoo and Tweezer cleaner.

Discount codes- 

It is down to you as the buyer to remember to enter the discount code before check out. We will not be able to add any discount or cancel an order after it is placed. 

Brand reps have their own unique discount codes for them selves, if this code is shared or misused we have the right to cancel your discount. 

Your information-

Our Privacy Policy (can be found at the bottom of the homepage) sets out how we'll use your information. If your details change, remember that you need to update it on your account so we can continue giving you the best service. 

Social media-

By tagging or hash-tagging us in your work on Instagram means that you are allowing us to repost and share your pictures on our social media platforms. 

 

We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services and/or any part of the website (including out T&C's) at any time.
